We will try to keep the information on this site as up-to-date as we can - in
some cases there will be extra details here that we weren't able to include
in the printed programme leaflet. Even so, it's better to call the event organiser
beforehand rather than "just turning up" because, although it's not
often, there are occasions when we have to make late changes to the programme.
